Notre plateforme permet à ses utilisateurs de se connecter, partager du contenu et interagir dans un environnement numérique sécurisé et bienveillant. 2. Interdiction absolue des abus et exploitations sexuels sur enfants (AESE / CSAE) ⚠ POLITIQUE DE TOLÉRANCE ZÉRO Alodispo interdit formellement et de manière absolue tout contenu, comportement ou activité constituant des abus sexuels sur enfants ou une exploitation sexuelle de mineurs (AESE/CSAE), incluant sans limitation : • La production, diffusion, partage ou possession de tout contenu à caractère sexuel impliquant des mineurs (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material) • Tout comportement de grooming (conditionnement), sollicitation ou séduction sexuelle d'un mineur • L'exploitation, la traite ou tout abus sexuel perpétré sur des personnes de moins de 18 ans • Le partage d'informations personnelles de mineurs à des fins malveillantes ou prédatrices • La diffusion de tout contenu banalisant, glorifiant ou encourageant l'exploitation sexuelle des enfants Tout utilisateur contrevenant à cette politique verra son compte immédiatement suspendu et les éléments signalés transmis aux autorités compétentes conformément aux lois en vigueur. 3. Absolute Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) ⚠ ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY Alodispo strictly and absolutely prohibits any content, behavior, or activity constituting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to: • The production, distribution, sharing, or possession of any sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material) • Any grooming, solicitation, or sexual approach toward a minor • Exploitation, trafficking, or any form of sexual abuse of persons under 18 years of age • The sharing of minors' personal information for predatory or harmful purposes • The distribution of any content normalizing, glorifying, or encouraging child sexual exploitation Any user found in violation of this policy will have their account immediately suspended, and all reported materials will be transmitted to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. 3.
